Doctor Sawyer's 20+ years of training and practice in Psychiatry, Family Medicine and Holistic Integrative Medicine provide him with a breadth of knowledge to provide a well rounded treatment experience for his patients. In addition to traditional psychiatric and medication treatment Dr. Sawyer is a board certified Holistic Physician and uses a variety of psychotherapy and mind-body approaches such as Hypnosis, EMDR,and HeartMath. Dr. Sawyer is also trained in Mindfulness meditation and Yoga.
